Super polite staff, beautifully decorated, traditional rooms. External private bathroom in the hall, but it worked fine. Extremely good location close to everything.

This place is in a beautiful area with many good restaurants around, where you can taste very nice Slovenian dishes. It is right in the center, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. The service and room service here are excellent. The staff at the reception desk are very helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also offers a variety of services, including laundry, airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

This place is highly recommended to all.

The hotel is perfectly located, right on the edge of the Old Town, making it convenient to explore the city. It is close to everything, with all the major attractions within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with kitschy decor adding a unique touch. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a variety of options, including salad, cereal, and scrambled eggs.

Some guests mentioned that the noise from other guests walking upstairs and up and down the stairs can be slightly bothersome.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, offering us tips on the best places to visit and even providing us with a local liquor to try upon our arrival. The room was not only very clean, but also comfortable and unique, as it had a separate entrance through an inner courtyard. The location of this hotel was also ideal, as it was situated in a beautiful area surrounded by charming shops and excellent restaurants where we could indulge in delicious Slovenian dishes. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to the train and bus station, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.

The location of the hotel in the OldTown was perfect, being close to all the sights, restaurants, and bridges. Despite its central location, there was no street or bar noise to disturb our stay. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The lobby was nicely decorated and provided a comfortable place to relax.

The bathroom arrangement in some rooms, where you had to cross a public area to access it, was not ideal and lacked shelving for toiletries.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to shops, restaurants, attractions, and the beautiful river. The hotel itself is situated in a lovely house, with communal areas that were pleasant.
